Styles
If you have trouble with your eyesight, you can change this pages to have bigger black text on a yellow background by clicking on High visibility view in the navigation at the top of the page. To change back to the original colours, click on Default view.
Dictionary
If you come across a word in the text that you don't understand, you can use the dictionary feature to display a definition for the word. Click the Dictionary on link in the navigation at the top of the page, this will highlight any words that have definitions by drawing a box around the word.
To read the definition for the word, hover your mouse over it and the definition will pop up.
If your browser doesn't show the pop up definition click on the boxed word and you will be taken to the right place on the dictionary page.

Browsers
You can change the font sizes, styles and colours of web pages displayed on your computer even if these have already been set by the website authors.
The following instructions will help you make these changes using some popular web browsers.
Microsoft Internet Explorer for PC
- Select Tools from the menu at the top of your browser window.
- Select Internet options.
- Click the General tab.
- Click the Accessibility button.
- To change font sizes, select the checkbox marked Ignore font sizes specified on Web pages.
- To remove colours specified by the website authors, select the checkbox marked Ignore colours specified on web pages.
- Click the OK button.
- Select View from the menu at the top of your browser window.
- Select Text size.
- Select a size from the menu.
Microsoft Internet Explorer for Mac
- Select Explorer from the menu at the top of your screen.
- Select Preferences.
- Select Web Content from the Web Browser section of the left-hand menu.
- To remove fonts and colours specified by the website authors, uncheck the checkbox marked Show Style Sheets.
- Select Language/Fonts from the Web Browser section of the left-hand menu.
- Select the font size you want to use.
