Down’s Syndrome Scotland is gathering feedback on Annual Health Checks for people with Down’s syndrome aged 16+.
Your experiences matter. Your voice helps us understand what’s working, what isn’t, and how Annual Health Checks can be improved across all NHS Health Boards in Scotland .
