Join Us for an amazing evening at this years Teenz Space Karaoke Disco
What: Down’s Syndrome Scotland’s TeenZ Space are hosting another REAL LIFE Karaoke Disco! Last year’s Karaoke Disco was a roaring success, so we are doing it all again!
Where: The King Robert Hotel, Stirling, FK7 0LJ. Please contact the hotel directly if you wish to book accommodation and let them know that it is for the DSS function. https://www.kingroberthotel.co.uk/ .
When: Friday 25th April from 7pm until midnight.
Staffing: ALL teenagers must be accompanied by a family member or their own support worker who will take responsibility for them and will be available should they need assistance during the event. Support workers or accompanying family members must remain on site for the duration of the event.
Tickets: £5.00 Please purchase 1 paid ticket per teenager. There is no charge for supporting person. If for any reason your group needs to contain more than one family member or support staff, please contact Kirsty on 07918566503 or kirsty@dsscotland.org.uk .
Parking: Parking is available at the hotel.
Bar: There will be a bar available serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. We are aware that some teenagers aged 18+ may wish to buy alcohol. Hotel staff will be checking ID of any teenager requesting to buy alcohol and DSS staff are not responsible for monitoring alcohol consumption.
Food: A buffet of savoury party snacks will be available, including vegetarian options. If your child has specific dietary needs, you may bring your own food to the hotel.
Photographs: DSS staff and volunteers will be taking photographs throughout the evening which may then be used to promote Down’s Syndrome Scotland online and in print. If you do NOT want yourself or your child to be photographed, please let Kirsty know.
Other important information: The function suite is on the first floor. Please be aware that there is no lift in the hotel.
