Professor Joaquin Espinosa from the Linda Crnic Institute for Down’s Syndrome (University of Colorado Denver, USA) will explain about an understudied phenomenon overserved in some individuals with Down’s Syndrome: Down’s Syndrome Regression Disorder (DSRD).
The session will highlight insights into possible (neuroimmune) mechanisms underlying DSRD and discuss therapeutic strategies for this disorder, such as the potential of JAK inhibition as a novel treatment approach.
