What do the Family Support Team do?
We are here to help you with any information or support you or your family may need.
We can help you with lots of different things including;
- School and the support you get in school
- Leaving school and working out what happens next
- Making friends and finding groups in your area that you can join
- Worries you have about money
- Worries or concerns about your health
- Wanting to live on your own
We can help with lots of other things as well. If you have a question just ask us.

Our team is made up of 6 people who work across Scotland.
