Down’s Syndrome Scotland is a charity that works with people who have Down’s syndrome and live in Scotland. 


We know that people with Down’s syndrome can achieve great things. We also know that people with Down’s syndrome sometimes need some support.


We are here to help you achieve the things you want to do by supporting you in different ways. Check out the services and activities listed below.

We offer free lifetime membership to all adults aged 16+ with Down’s syndrome.

By becoming a member you will get access to all of our services, we will send you regular updates by email and you will receive our members magazine in the post twice a year.

You can sign up to become a member below.


We have 10 branches across Scotland which run activities and groups for people with Down’s syndrome and their families. You can find out where your local branch is by contacting us on 0300 030 2121 or emailing info@dsscotland.org.uk.


We have some information sheets and booklets on a variety of topics that might be useful to you.

These include tips for staying healthy, dealing with changes in your life and preparing for your Annual Health Check.
